Step 1: Sensory Awakening & Head Massage Begin with a relaxing head massage using scalp massagers to gently awaken the senses and calm the mind. Step 2: Facial Renewal Ritual Gentle facial cleansing, toner application, moisturizing mask, followed by a soothing face massage using cooling globes. Step 3: Gentle Shoulder Oil Massage A soothing oil massage focusing on the neck and shoulders to release tension and promote deep relaxation. Step 4: Scalp Purification & Hair Revival Scalp exfoliation followed by double hair cleansing with Ahava shampoo, application of a nourishing Ahava hair mask, and a relaxing manual head massage to stimulate circulation and revitalize the senses.
